Using the intercompany relationships gives independence, in this instance for reliable supplies of raw materials, allowing us to produce consistent high quality products, quote competitve prices and build stable, long term partnerships with our customers.
With the advantage of operating from two prime sites, with an overall capacity of more than 100 kt per annum, we have the ability to provide a reliable and constant service world wide.
Our variety of manufacturing units allows us to produce variable quantities of rigid and flexible compounds from 250kgs upwards. Recent capital investment in new compounding equipment and mixers ensures consistent products with the ability to meet lead-times extremely efficiently.
Not only can we compound to your specifications, if required we can manufacture your products at our trade extrusion and injection moulding unit, based in Chinley.
Using our inhouse recycling facilities means that your waste materials can be recovered and recompounded also. This compound can either be used again at the customers site or we can manufacture your products using our own facilities.
Quite simply, in PVC Compounds, you name it, we produce it.
